@CBarson There's a very intense, yet very simple exercise you can do with a trusted meditation partner if that's what you're looking for. It's best done after a meditation session, so that your mind is still.

You and your partner sit facing each other, and your partner asks, "Who are you?"

Whatever your response, your partner now asks, "And beyond that, who are you?"

This continues after every single answer you give, until there is nothing left of your identity to hide behind.
