This question has so many variables. It depends what hemisphere you're in, Northern or Southern. If localized to North America only, it depends on what region you live in. Because where I'm from. June and September are rainy months. But that's the Pacific Northwest. If you're on the eastern seaboard. The weather is different up and down it and different from out west. It's also different from North to south of the continent. So yeah for some, they can call their babies summer babies early in June and fall babies in early September. But at the end of the day, it depends where you're at.
