Do you think us white folk should us cracker the same way as black peeps us the N word?

Not particularly, but many white folks already [b]do[/b] use the word in a similar way. Some people from from Florida, Georgia and a few other southern states, proudly refer to themselves as "'_______' crackers", and use in an affectionate sort of way. Many white people use it a clearly insulting way, towards those who reside in the South.

There are many reasons why I do not think the two words can be compared, as far as their power to hurt and attempt to demean.
