I dont mind long ones, but I dont like forced ones.
Mostly, yes. Short and to the point.
Mostly because I want to be left alone. But there are times. A few, when I actually enjoy someone e. There are, very few, people that I could listen to endlessly. I’d love to have someone like that in my life.

Do you prefer one-word answers from them as well, or will you accept full sentences from them when they reply to you?
@swirlie full sentences are necessary if they are here and they want to talk. One word answers are tolerable from people I know.

I wouldn't really want to have a long conversation with my immediate manager or team lead.
It depends on the subject.
