Time to give props...to yourself. Nothing inherently wrong with that.
I was recently working part time at a church. I've worked there on and off for a few years now, and one of the ladies there, not knowing I was in a relationship, began telling me about a friend she wanted to set me up with.
That was very sweet of her. Although I had to turn her down, I was elated that she thought enough of me to possibly set me up with someone.
It can be something more direct than that, like a compliment on your appearance, or intellect, or you name it!
