@Dan193 I suffered from back issues since i was around 30. I had/have a strong back but a specialist told me that all the lifting on building sites used bigger muscles in the back. Superman exercise and rear delt exercises sorted the smaller groups out. She was right. Good luck 🙂👍
@Dan193 Like any exercise if your just starting then just raise 1 arm and 1 leg diagonal to eachother to start. Progressing to both arms and legs raised with a very temporary pause at the top. Thats what i did abyway.
