Yes. Luckily on my street, most people keep to themselves.

I seldom interact with mine. I do not dislike them, I just do not want to get too friendly because then they might think it is okay to start leaving their dogs out all night to bark.

But yeah about 15 years ago when I moved in here, a couple neighbors were pretty rude even though I did not know them so I haven't wanted interactions with anyone since.
