Sometimes I see this fairly new neighbor leaving and then coming back three hours later, then leaving again ..I always think Where's he going??!! *Dun dun dun.... *

Knowing my average neighbors.. no. I think not. I'd rather not see how can one get wasted to the point of ringing everyone's intercom at 3am because they forgot how to open the door
