Does reporting posts even matter anymore?

I haven’t gotten a notification that my reports have been reviewed in over a year, I think.

Hey, guys? I got some good results on those comments I was complaining about. I emailed the customer support address, [email protected], and those awful images are gone. I wouldn't flood them with complaints about everyday stuff, but if you find something that needs to not exist immediately, I'd recommend that approach.
