Now for the whole world - Gladiator games ?!

We did it for U.S states, but now what if the entire world, every country submitted a fighter, to fight to the death in a Gladiator type contest. Who would win? They can choose any weapon (no guns tho nor grenade launchers, etc). [Doping is frowned upon]
