Technically yes, but let's say we were both born in the 90s, you in New York or any big city, and me in some country area.

@LaylaTheTallGirl What about sisters born in the late 80s and early 90s? My niece born in 1989 has a sister born in 1990 - just one year and seven days between them. You can't say they are not the same generation.

@MaryDreamilton they are

@LaylaTheTallGirl Of course they are.

Update: originally, I said no, but you're correct. Millennials were born between 1981 and 1996; the name refers to the fact many came of age around the year 2000. This was a group that has witnessed social values change; many have suggested their lives have become easier than those of previous generations. There is still an argument though: if someone born in 1996 is considered a Millennial or Gen Z, some people believe the cutoff is 1995.

@LaylaTheTallGirl ok,did she say anything?
LaylaTheTallGirl · 22-25, F
@Babaloo6 she couldn’t say anything. Plus I looked up that millennials are 1981-1996.
