Unfortunately that ship has sailed and there are many things I know I won’t accomplish.

@OlderSometimesWiser I don't find it productive to focus too much on the negative in our lives..it can drag us down more..
@Primnproper Yep, that’s what 40 years of clinical depression will do to a person. Anyway, don’t mind me. It’s just a very painful subject.

@OlderSometimesWiser i understand..my husband has severe depression and social anxiety..he never leaves our house.
@Primnproper I’m very sorry to hear that. Depression is not only painful for the afflicted but their loved ones as well. In my case, I’d say a fair percentage of the depression comes from knowing how much pain I’ve caused my family. One of my greatest regrets is that my mom, who never gave up on me, didn’t live to see any meaningful improvement in my life. Depression, which has robbed me of so much, remains my constant companion.
