Depending on circumstances, all of the above.
As far as the toy, I'm not really wanting anything used on me.
For the third person, I'd not want it to be a man. But even if it was a woman, I'd want them to be into each other as much as they are me. If it's just two women focused on me, I'd rather just have those be separate encounters.
Role play is something I do at a table with dice and friends. I'd be way too self conscious to do it in the bedroom.
