Be Honest How Bad Can Your Temper Get?

My biggest defence is words and mouth and not as in shouting. If I feel myself elevating to the level of temper I will retreat to headphones and music to calm down rather than buy into it and confront within a relationship. Outside of that I will meet what is thrown at me.

Unfortunately , my temper goes from 0 to 1000 in a millisecond! I see red! I’m trying to change that but easier said than done.
