Self discipline. Can't seem to get a handle on a daily healthy exercise regime because every damn thing on my body hurts at times.

@4meAndyou yes thats like me, we just have to build it slowly..i started a mile a day and although at the start it took me longer than most i got faster as it became easier and my body adjusted to it.

@SW-User @Primnproper Just got cortisone shots in both knees yesterday, and a PT exercise program to strengthen my core caused a re-emergence of sciatica. Serious mess, here.

@4meAndyou well regards your sciatica as with my spinal surgery make sure the surfaces are flat that you are walking. Uneven ground compounds pressure on your back.

@Primnproper Yes. I live on a hill. The parking lot is steeply inclined in some places.

@4meAndyou yes that is a killer on any back issues..even walking i. Woods or a field where its uneven can lay me up..

@Primnproper I thought about the flat walking area this morning, and I could do it if I drive down to the waterfront and walk on the sidewalks down there.
