The eyes. They tell me their expectations.
If the eyes are relaxed, they're less jumpy. I can be genuinely myself.
If the eyes are tense, they move around a lot. I've got some active listening to do and some opinions to give.
If the eyes are looking back at mine directly, they are expecting. It's time to relax and focus on work.
It's how I operate to my stuff done.
A nice rack though will force my eyes on them without thinking. I gotta blink and flicker my eyes a bit to refocus and go back to the above.
