I'm high school six of us jumped in two cars and took off to California to see who made it there first.

@Primnproper we did get there first and we were in a VW. They had a big Pontiac. They ran out of money for gas. 😆

@Sevendays Did you do anything in California or head straight home? How long did it take to get there and back?

@Musicman no, we just got to the border, made a call back to someone to prove we made it, (No cell phones) and headed back. 47 hours out and 48 hours back. We had a flat tire on the way back.
