If you post anything on here that the person that died chose to continue consuming or experimenting with… you are the enabler that killed the person that you “say you loved“
If someone that you love died consuming the thing that you are accusing “the thing that killed them” but you did nothing about it… you are an enabler and just as guilty as a cigarettes, or the Diet Coke or the Pepsi or the alcohol or the big Mac they killed you loved one.

@Primnproper
I was using voice to text.
Apologies for unclear statements.
There are people in our lives exhibiting destructive behavior. If we see it and do nothing then I feel like we bear some of the blame for their self destruction.
Harsh as that is.
I have a nephew that has an IQ of 140+, with no wisdom. So I’m working with my family to intervene.
It’s an uphill battle.
We love him.
Some families abandon those that are self’s destructive.
Anyway, that is part of the point I was trying to make:

@Osogris ahhh. Thanks for clarifying now I understand it better. Yes destructive behaviour can tear families apart. I hope everything works out in your family..

Thank you.
I’ll really try to make sure my posts are more clear in the future.

@Osogris And many do try, in vain, to do something about it. I had that situation with my sister.Type 1 diabetes, turned into type 2 by guzzling down sugared soda and sunny d until she wound up in a coma, tracheotomy from COPD, and more. No matter how much you try, some people are just too determined and self destructive.
@Osogris You cannot control the behavior of other adults. You can help and support their attempts to save themselves, but ultimately, they are responsible for their own choices. And you can’t take on guilt if they refuse your help. 😞
