@HootyTheNightOwl ahh i doubt internally means nostrils? maybe abreva or sumn?
@foldedunfolding I'm not sure... I did resort to dabbing a bit on the bottom edge of the worst cold sore I ever had there out of sheer desperation - it was pressing on my sinuses and making me feel ill.
Generally speaking, they're hard to get at, even with a q-tip.

@foldedunfolding No idea... I've been getting them on my lip for most of my life - so I figure that the virus found a new home to infect at the same time.
