Race Blindness in a Sense

Why cant we all just think this way when dealing with others? Like people are people and individuals. Cant we just look at people as individuals and not as like a member of a race? Its not like everyone knows and or is influenced by the whole of their race. Especially in America where its a mix of peoples with different backgrounds. I mean sure we can all have preferences just like favorite colors. That is allowed. Why do people have to hate? They dont.

I think it is easy to see a person with predetermined guidelines for what they think is attractive and who isn't when it comes to sex, dating...marriage.............and a racially conscience person looking for someone to call "racists" automatically concludes that person is racist. But I think racism CAN BE the least of that decision making process.

Of course, racism exists..............but I think it's also..... I prefer blondes.......I don't like redheads...........I don't want a skinny girl........I prefer a curvy girl.........I don't want this or that......and to that end color is secondary. Even guys I know that are racist to a degree admit they would die to go out with someone that looked like Halle Berry. So it's not ALL color.......it's personal preference for traits and personality, body build, height, weight...........too.

@anythingoes477 I think you are in a great deal of denial. Most people when speaking about racism imply the systemic type, I don't use the term critical race theory, but, there has been a consistent, systemic problem with discrimination due to color of skin.

@samueltyler2 i think what he's talking about is sexual preference. not so much discrimination, but people will cry racist if you might not be attracted to a certain race because of their physical characteristics. lik ei said people are allowed their preferences. doesnt make them racist.

@samueltyler2 Denial about what? Racism exists.............I said that. But it isn't the catch all for why one person likes or is attracted to a person of another race or color.....or isn't.

A really good reason to not discuss CRT is because it don't exist. Tell me the school that's taught in. It's MAGA bullshit.........100% racism based.

What I argued with you is that racism is not like I prefer blonds, or redheads, etc. Maybe i misunderstood your point.
