Every Christmas we go out to lunch and just leave the waitress a $200 tip. It’s probably 2-3x the bill. It’s not for the needy per se. It’s just a random act of kindness that she might be able to share during her Christmas.

I don't donate, simply because donations here go to those on benefits and encourage those on benefits to spend even more on cigarettes and alcohol (great Oasis song).

We donate, and the families are screened, so we know what they need, including the children.

@exexec a family my kids went school with lost their home to fire a couple weeks ago the local school and redcross are handling the donations for the family so they dont have to
