I saw an interview with Newsom and he was talking about investors have been calling about offers for real estate in the burnt out areas. He got excited and was smiling so big and his shoulders were going back and forth with excitement. He seemed so giddy about it. Made me wonder how much money he is expecting to pocket through deals.
