The site is called Act Blue, and 4% of all funds that are donated are funneled directly into Democrat Super Pacs.

@jackrabbit10 I avoid the Red Cross...not because there is anything wrong with them, but because they are a world wide organization, and donations go into a pool and people from other countries often benefit, when our intention is for the donation to be localized.
