Does being a catfish...

Does being a catfish break SW TOS?
Seems so common on here, use someone's photo and all of a sudden there's boners everywhere completely unaware that if you reverse search the photo/s that they've clearly used someone else's ID

Weird behaviour

I don't think it's against the ToS to pretend to be someone else, but it's mind-blowing how effective it is.

@NerdyPotato do you think it should be?
@ironborn no, it would be difficult to enforce because it's not always as obvious as the recent examples.

@NerdyPotato of course but the obvious ones? They can scam or hurt some of the more vulnerable?
@ironborn scamming should be and is against the ToS and is enforceable. But just using a stolen photo can't be proven in half the cases, and you shouldn't have rules you can't enforce.

@NerdyPotato indeed, but perhaps rules need to be tightened to protect people? Also see minor accounts that are allowed to continue as adults..
@ironborn hmm, I haven't seen any that are allowed to continue for long after it's reported 🤔
