He fired 10 bullets through a covered window and glass door. This is an apartment. This guy should not be a police officer. His partners were inside the, and who knows who else might have been in that apartment, or the neighboring apartments as well. This is firearms safety 101.
The county that hired him should set aside $12M, at a minimum for a legal action fund. More like $100M, as this time around, negligence is not even in question.
