The attacker was white, and has been released without charge.

@bijouxbroussard @BabyLonia @SW-User The boy made it across the street, but had to knock on three doors before someone would answer and he could get help. The racist shooter was charged late yesterday on two felony counts carrying potential sentences of 10 to 30 and 5 to 15 years, respectively.
