Black teenager, Ralph Yarl, was shot and seriously wounded for ringing the wrong doorbell

The attacker was white, and has been released without charge.

So, SWers, what did he do to deserve this?

The man who did the shooting should be charged with attempted murder. There is no justification whatsoever for his actions.
