If BLM, why is it right to put a young black cop in prison for merely following orders from his superiors?

What should a cop do if his superior officer and other cops are doing something that violates protocol? Should he arrest them? Im sure Minnesota cops are not trained on such a situation. The only recourse would be to report the situation to internal affairs. Chris Dorner comes to mind. He was a young black cop who did report misconduct of his fellow officers, and in retaliation, he was terminated. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. One black man loses his life. Another black man is sent to prison for the actions of a racist white cop who should have been kicked off the force a long time ago.
It brings to mind Frank Serpico. A scary tale of a cop who didn't want to play the corruption game. He had to flee the country for his own safety. The shame is, that a majority of police departments and officers are good people. It's the bad ones that stand out. If the misconduct is tolerated in his police agency, it's a problem at the top.
That is where the desire to not do time and you speak up because common sense tells you if a victim says they can’t breathe while your. buddy has his knee on his neck you tell the mfer to get tf up because your not doing time for him!
We’re all going to end up in the same gulag..
some will have a clear conscience.
The others will be getting stomped and their food ration taken..
