I shouldn’t be nervous or scared to post this but I am. I shouldn’t have to be nervous to share my opinion and neither should anyone else cause nobody deserves hate for saying this

Don't give up your power to faceless strangers. There will always be negative responses here and in real life. You need to grow the armor required to be online

@Budwick No, but the idea is that when time and resources and energy is spent on treating a single disease, you don't actively attempt to undermine those efforts by trying to redirect the conversation.

So if someone says "Please donate money to help fight breast cancer" and you go "What about all the other diseases" you're not actually providing value. You're just being an unhelpful asshole who is attempting to undermine the efforts to fight cancer.

Everyone knows all lives matter. It is not worth mentioning.

We don't treat single diseases. We treat them all.
And, we sure as hell don't burn the hospital down.
