Not to be generational but...

How come boomers and millennials in particular seem to resent the protests over social issues that happen around the world. Do you mean to tell me that when they were our age, they were completely compliant, never violent, and always precise in their respect for social norms?

I dont resent them. I am disappointed that these issues have not been settle long ago. Just be sure to focus your energy at the leaders..😷

A little bit older, a little bit wiser.

No. We all are not the same as we once were. Yet the recognition of what we once were, can only make anyone a bit wiser.

You'll do the same when you get there. Just like it happened to my father and his father.

What happened to my great grandfather? He died. No warning or protest. Not even an indication of a problem to even protest. Just shot in his own house. A lot of people both young and old died that day in 1938. And yes. Czechoslovakia was a democracy then.

Why I keep on harping about defence rather than offense.

@DeWayfarer Well my point was that maybe I do post about my personal life. But if I do I don't think that is a negative. It just means I am being social and interacting with others.

@MarkPaul I was being facetious.

Especially on the second paragraph. 😈

I don't follow all this generation naming stuff. I don't even know what I am.
