next time i will shout back and tell them to shut up

last night there was some lady screaming all night walking around the parking lot screaming her head off. she was pissed off at something and i don't know who or what she's pissed off at so next time someone goes screaming in the parking lot at my apartment at night I'll get out my megaphone and tell them to shut up They were from the other building across the parking lot It was around 10 pm. i Saw it last night in the evening i was at the couch watching tv when i heard it from inside my apartment i looked over and saw some random woman wandering the parking lot shouting and yelling random stuff but i don't know what this was about but next time i'll shout back and tell them to shut up on my megaphone

That's awfully disturbing but I'll tell you what I'm dealing with. For the last 3 months this person has been knocking at random times, on my door, anywhere from 8:00 p.m. until 7:30 in the morning and it has so disturbed my sleep, I can't sleep anymore and I have tried to catch this person on camera outside my door. I'm in an apartment building. But the camera won't catch her for some reason and from about 7:30 in the morning now which is 9:41 p.m. I have spent this whole day programming, readjusting my camera, and settings just because of her. My camera is good now so I'll see if I can pick her up on camera because in 3 months she might miss knocking on my door once or twice out of the month but if you could imagine how horrible this is month after month so I know what you're talking about. Manager said there's nothing they can do so I'm on my own. If I can catch her on camera, I'm going to prosecute her to the fullest. This is abuse. And I've put up with it for far too long. I've had enough. I'm sorry you're dealing with this too. It just put your nerves on edge and we all deserve respect and peace and quiet. I hope you get this resolved and I think what you're going to do will resolve it.

@LadyGrace i wonder if she is on a medication such as Ambien. Had a neighbor who was a retired police officer, his partner was killed on the job and this man suffered from PTSD so bad that the doctor put him on Ambien. He would wake up at night and go outside and do things. He lobbed a big chunk of rock at his neighbor’s car and broke the window out. And one time I woke up at 5 p.m. hearing my storm door open, held open for about a minute and then close. No telling who else’s house he wandered off to. He was not aware of doing anything. And there was a firefighter on Ambien in another city in Oklahoma who was wandering around at night and he ended up getting shot and killed because his neighbor thought he was invading his home.

@Ohplease47 Exactly. I know I don't here, where I'm located. Everybody keeps to themselves and don't care. I'm widowed and I've lived here by myself taking care of myself since 2005. Nobody to really confide in, in this building.

Why not just call the police..

They might be having a mental crisis. They could be armed. If you make yourself known to them you may become a target. Call the police and let them deal with it.
