Extroverts obviously. Might as well keep it extremely broad.

@DeWayfarer Well, I'm beginning to think I might not be extroverted... in the conventional sense.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul I had to give a "extremely" broad reply on that. Introverts are smaller as well specific types of people. Like extremely smart people which is a minority.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer Well, l don't know. I'm kind of at a fork in the road when it comes to which category I lean towards.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul Some influential people on a far smaller scale that are introverts might be like writers. Yet again that depends on public opinion and therefore the subject matter.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer I'm not sure that is accurate when you consider that public opinion can be seriously biased.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul Who ever said that writers are unbiased? 🤷🏻♂
Most are just good actors in imagination. Quasi half truths at best.

@DeWayfarer The world isn't a novel.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul Tell it to: J.K. Rowling, John Green, Agatha Christie, and Edgar Allan Poe. All were/are introverts.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer You tell it to Ted Turner, Warren Buffet, the Artemis astronauts, and Howard Lutnick's nannies.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul Haven't read any of them so I wouldn't know. Have read three of my four.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@DeWayfarer I've read 3 of your 4 too, and more than one from John Green. But they are all novelists. There is more to writing than only novels.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul with the exception of Poe they all wrote for their readership. I had Poe's complete works as a child BTW.
And you are not like to come close to how many sci-fi/fantasy books that I have read. Literally in the low thousands. Definitely all the great one's.

@DeWayfarer Well, I focus more on non-fiction.

@MarkPaul Guy, I really am a polymath! 🤣
I could have even been ordained once. My father gave me the complete 30 volume encyclopedia Americana set plus others as a baby.
I just never was the genius he wanted me to be.
At 8 I took the TV apart. Managing to not kill myself on the capacitor.
For sex education he let me find a medical book on female anatomy. Yeah he knew it was me that took it. I was his only child.
At 12 I learned a bit a bit of Spanish in grade school to compliment the German my family frequently spoke. My father could speak 7 languages. I was as well apart of a combined school choir that appeared at the main convention center of our city.
At 13 I learned to play three musical instruments: Accordion, clarinet and classical guitar. My father was a violinist.
At 14 I traveled to Germany by myself. Yes I could speak a bit of German.
At 15 the Jr high school marching band I was apart of took sweepstakes at Seal Beach. I as well took second place in wrestling in the county.
At 16 I helped build my own motorcycle from a crate. Yeah my father bought that crate.
At 17 and 18 I lived with my half brother and his wife that was going for her master's degree in behavioral psychology. I was her thesis!
My reading diversity was beyond belief just by the time I reached college.
