In all seriousness tho.... What exactly does it mean to be judgemental or to judge someone?

I mean, I don't think I know one person who doesn't make assumptions based on first impressions, or jump to little conclusions of why something happened or why someone else acted/reacted in a certain manner, give unsolicited advice before, or even attempting to, see the whole picture of someone's situation, only seeing the tip of the iceberg while believing they already know about what's underneath, etc

Sometimes it's a gut instinct,
Sometimes that instinct is right, other times not

Heck, even I do this ....
Because it's something everyone does,

But what p!sees me off is when someone tries to feed me the BS that they not judging when that's exactly what they're doing ....

And their actions that follow are based on how they judge,

Unless of course I have the wrong idea of what judging actually is,

But yeah,
As usual, I'm open to different perspectives,
So hit me with them

No, you're right. Judgment is part of thought. You form premises which lead to conclusions. You judge this premise is more relevant than another. This is subconscious, but it's clearly what we're all doing. Why else and how did we conclude something that came to consciousness? Pretty much the demand not to be judged amounts to a demand not to be sentenced. It's defensive, and typically invoked for bad behavior.

@Alyosha yeah I dunno,

I'm thinking that maybe what people mean by judgement is actually the rejection and /or disgust reaction to something?

Could be wrong tho ..

But yeah,
Y'all know me, I like to analyse and over analyses everything, lol
