What do you think of people that don't show much emotions?

Like happy, anger, frustrations or just any kind of excitement.

I don't have any immediate thought. I like to get to know someone a little more before making assumptions.

It could be anything from being shy, guarded, neurodivergent, or simply just their default personality. It's like empathy, there's cognitive and affective empathy, it's not expressed in the same way. Cognitive is internal processing of someone's feelings and affective is an external and emotional response to another's state. People assume the latter is more genuine because they can read it better but they're both equally as valid. It's the same with emotions that belong to us.
