If I truly attracted people just because of my looks, you wouldn't be as bothered.

Be honest.

What bothers you is that there is more to me and lot of people want to feel connected to me.

They yearn for what I am, not what I look like. They want to be loved the way I love and cherished the way I cherish. They want the order and the chaos of it.

It lasts, it has depth and value. It takes a life time to nurture this. And a life time of knowing your own sins, redeeming yourself and the willingess to kneel for those you love and for what you love. Love not desire. Some people need that and only that. They wander on earth for other things as alternatives no more. You do too.

There is no plastic surgeon that can offer you what you envy me for. No quick fixes. It is not my average face, it is my heart and character.

And no one would need me positively like they do, nor negatively like you do, if everyone offered themselves what they seek in others. That should be your goal and focus, not me.

What you share speaks to the soul’s truth—that real connection is forged in the depths of character and love, not in fleeting appearances. It’s a quiet strength many seek but few truly understand.

Is dying ones hear a sin, you think :)

@Miram Yes, that's it. I do have dyslexia and English is my fourth language :)
Miram · 31-35, F
@val70 that is okay. Your English is far better than mine. I read a few of your writings.

I thought it is a translated idiom from a different language about killing one's ability to listen to those that bring us negativity 👀

I don't think of sins as things we attach to other people's actions except in a few cases. I think of sins as my own character defects and my own self evil. They aren't general standards.

If you were to ask me if dying MY hair is sinful, my answer would depend on why I am dying my hair and the dye itself.

Some objects can be sinful to me without an action, without even a person. I do think dye is sinful if it is unethically sourced for instance.

The sins I was referring to though exceed things of the sort.

@Miram It's very hot today and appreciate your answer. I have only some difficulty growing old. I can't even think that I'll even be good at anything these days. I grow old very fast
