Why humans are intelligent but use their freewill to be a special needs case? People are sick of being smart or something?

@pentagrammom Knowing there is cause and effect is a little different from calling that a religion. But I get there are some people who think they must teach this, making it a religion.

@awildsheepschase cause and effect would be unambiguous with the word because replacing if in that, then honesty would become a required thing, that word freewill would need an honest homogeneous definition

@pentagrammom Doesn't change my response much, but I'm also tired (been up all night with working nights) and maybe we find something closer where people have many beliefs they ascribe and try to make true. So if I know most people have this, I tend to let them off the hook for their understandings, until it collectively causes harm.
