That might be a concern if his job entails working in front of others, so I guess no. Now if he had his own office cubicle, it might work if he really has this handicap. I'd give him a try, sure. Long as he did his job efficiently, why not? At least I would give him a chance. Maybe I could help him with his insecurities by exposing him to the public little by little.
