Gender is a combination of social constructs vaguely associated with sex, and has never been a fixed thing.

We also know since the 1950s when chromosome testing was discovered that even biological sex is not a straight forward binary.

At best they are two categories that include a spectrum that largely just exist to simplify certain aspects of research but have never been some hard and fast law to describe individual humans.

Chromosomes are the fundamental determinant of biological sex. Humans typically have 46 chromosomes, arranged in 23 pairs. The 23rd pair, the sex chromosomes, are usually XX for females and XY for males. This is a well-established scientific fact, observed consistently in the vast majority of human populations.

There are anomalies Ofcourse for the “intersex” individuals which can result in XXY, XYY , however the law is for those who are pushing sex change on children

@Heavenlywarrior That is factually wrong. Chromosomes are a factor but biological sex has never been a binary.

It might be in high school science books from decades ago but it doesn't line up with the real world. Just like high school physics won't get you a job at CERN.

We have understood this since the 30s.

And literally no one is pushing sex changes on children. That is a conspiracy theory. And these laws you blindly support dictate to legal adults what they can and cannot do with their bodies and dictates their medical care.

Those state laws basically require children to drop their pants and have their genitals inspected to play sports. What else do you call that?

@Heavenlywarrior No. And even doctors have no valid reason to inspect genitals without a valid medical reason.

In this instance it falils on both counts.
