Does anyone else feel like ever since 2020, people just haven't been the same? Things haven't felt the same since. It's as if before Covid we were

in a completely different world and epoch. It feels like we have entered into a wormhole or more fittingly a blackhole. Something seems very wrong and it's like a rubber band in my mind, driving me mad. I just can't put my finger on it. Everyone is, more than ever before, walking around all day in a fog, like unconscious machines, and meanwhile there's all this rage and worry and uneasiness just building up and building up inside of everyone. It appears to be manifesting on a whole different level now.

This post was not supposed to wage a political war! It was supposed to get to the core, the roots. Guys, all of this is so far beyond politics. Anyone who has fallen for the false left right paradigm is in the same trap and is not seeing the bigger picture. The answer to this post is not in the puppet show of politics. I was hoping for a more meaningful conversation. Can we change gears?
Magenta · F
@RobinRightwild There is a boatload of tunnel vision and very few see the broader picture. Many are stuck within that mind tunnel.

Changed. There was the world before Covid and the one after Covid. People had to isolste. Stsy in their homes. Stop their lives. People had to stay put. Dome were trspped far from home. They had to follow strict ptotocols even when shipping for groceries. Mask. Glove. Sa itize. Many chose " vaccines". Many did not. We chose sides. Now people are angry. Hateful. Some are sensitive. Others are triggered. All the time. Technology has only addd more chaos. People, many, are lost. This is what I know.
@AthrillatheHunt Thank you. I am a writer and a poet and I have journalism backround. Sometimes I post poetry here. Not much call for it here. Check out my profile. Feel free to comment. I plan to publish at some point.
JamesBugman · 56-60, T
@PoetryNEmotion I find your unedited style strangely readable, but hope I never find a book published like that. ;)
@JamesBugman Man, I write nature and erotic poetry. And mostly short horror stoties.

It's the fear of Trump getting back in and us not getting any justice. Ths rich just get away with everything. Work just treats us like slaves and tells us we don't have any choice in anything. We're held captive by the high price of housing, insurance, and our healthcare. Things are changing so fast.
The future is murky as we are closer to nuclear war with Russia than ever. China looms over us. Women are being pushed back into being chattle. Men are becoming infertile at the rate of 2.6% per year.
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
@Tastyfrzz and only 6/10 men reproduce to begin with. (Did my part and had replacement level number of kids ).
Tastyfrzz · 61-69, M
@AthrillatheHunt one and done here.
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
@Tastyfrzz never say never . so long as you have a pulse your window is still open . Hahaha

All these political replies back up my thinking before replying.

The level of human insanity has increased. It's been demonstrated over politics since the pandemic started.
I myself am consumed with the blame game but recognize the fault of my own humanity and every IDIOT including myself who wages war in the political forums.

People have grown accustomed to isolation, unfairly forced upon me.
But I observe and see the hypocrisy denied by all of us.

Yes society for many reasons has become worse and I expect it to continue.
Magenta · F
Totally.
The world changed and something within us did too.
@Magenta You got that right, M.

Democrats lies and trickery
JamesBugman · 56-60, T
@SSDecontrol In case you didn't know, tomorrow is the deciding day.. does Trump take over the whitehouse and destroy the USA another 4 years.. maybe longer, or does he cry boo-hoo (again) and move to Venezuela.. assuming they allow Felons to cross into their country. After tomorrow I hope to never mention his name ever again, or see his ugly face on any media device forever more.
SSDecontrol · 56-60, M
@JamesBugman it'll be on everyday since he will be president

Your hate is quite ugly

In 2019, people thought 2020 would be a cool year. Because, 2020. Everyone was looking forward to it. But something happened...

Let's see, 2020 kicked off with the pandemic. People were put in a bad predicament overnight.
Basically certain rights or things we took for granted were just stripped away immediately.
"The powers" proved that they could just mess with peoples' lives anytime they wanted and how easy it was.

I do not think we can really blame any one politician, they waded their way through that mess best anyone in power could.

Point is, people lost what little hope they had. It may seem like an overly simple response but what other explanation is there? The way people are now, that is just how they act when all, or even most, of their hope is gone.

Notice how this corresponds exactly with Trump being president. His lying and unease caused ripples around the world, and today, Russia, China and North Korea all hate USA, and it is 100% because of Trump. If he gets in a second term, this is going to escalate, and the madness, the hopelessness you are feeling today, will manifest for another 4 years.
Seriously, if something bad happened to that man, the world would declare a global holiday and there would be celebrations everywhere.

@JamesBugman you do realize that past presidents have lied before right, especially during the Cold War?

I see what you mean. I am sure there has been various periods of this throughout human history.

In the end, only God doesn’t change.
JamesBugman · 56-60, T
@BritishFailedAesthetic How could nothing change?
Jenny1234 · 51-55, F
Yes something happened. I’ve had a few scary incidences with strange men. It really had a bad affect on people’s mental health
SwampFlower · 31-35, F
I'm convinced 2016 is when we switched timelines or something
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
@SwampFlower you feel like you’re gonna turn a corner and see 50 dead pools too ? (Marvel multiverse reference ).

not sure, but i know we're living in strange times.

.... driving you mad. Huh... These are the days we "pick sides" .
I see the ..madness, but I see a lot of good souls fighting this spiritual warfare too. And you can't do it on the madness level neither. I keep my focus on the good in this world ..those who are trying like hell to raise the Level..by being as positive as can be.
✌❤
Yes, it's definitely different. When everything was paused there was an opportunity to reflect, to plan for a green restart and better health. Americans killed that idea and showed us their true values and goals. Nobody can really expect to survive Americans.
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
Lots of people feeling it.
