Just what is wrong with the society i live in

I feel most men are bad bcuz they don't hold bad men who try to predate on women accountable for their actions or take action on them, instead they make excuses for them until they go and do something more badder, sometimes i feel most men r hiding something from women or they are also same.

One guy told me only 10% men r bad, 90% are good. But the 10% look for women/girls/victims more so women tend to come across bad men more. I think he is wrong bcuz if most men are good, why is our society like this !? Why do other men stand there and do nothing, why can't they hold bad men accountable if most men r good?!?

I feel men r predating on women instead of protecting women
