Would you regard this as flirting

My last post has apparently got some thinking my boss that is literally twice my age is flirting with me
We have constant sarcastic banter and take jabs at each other (as he does with everyone that can handle it) and people think him calling me a brat was him flirting??

The bar must be low these days idk

He called you a brat because he can and you let him get away with it. It’s not really a compliment and usually an insult but because you took it light, he probably thinks he can start flirting with you or get you to do any work he wants in the first place.
