What is the fundamental point of removing parameters from education?

My father says that he knew his boundaries because there were penalties to pay if he went beyond them. In Europe they removed these parameters because of individuals who were “hurt” by being chastised, either mentally or physically.

Now we have a society where anything goes in the minds of the generations who have been born into this society where there are no boundaries and we have stabbing and shootings going without punishment because the perpetrators rights outweigh their victims. It’s all backwards and society can never gain from this situation because why would you want to punish someone for “expressing themselves “ through murder or rape?

Umm, I can't speak to where you are, but even in the liberal country of Canada, which is often thought of being behind Europe (I guess depends on where in Europe), there would be no one who gets away with murder, where we feel for the murderer before the victim. So this feels fictitious.

But I do know of people whose parents who paint a story of a culture here this way. They can never really display how it is this way, and when questioned they become illogical and irate. I do know the search of justice, finding someone of being guilty can feel callous to those who were victims.
