Should all people really be allowed to vote, no matter how fucking stupid they are?
I’m talking about the people who will drink bleach unless told not to in capital letters.

@SandWitch maybe every world citizen should be allowed to vote to balance out the populism a little. They claim to be a world power affecting every world citizen, so it's only fair, right?

My plan would be to allow American citizens to own 50% of the total vote, but then the remaining 50% should be given to the Leaders of the other G7 or G19 Nations since as you say, the USA thinks it controls the world.
If that in fact is the case, then at least the Leaders of the other Nations whom the USA thinks it controls should at least have a vote on who that delusional American President should be.

@SandWitch only letting other leaders vote instead of every citizens is a lot easier to organize and would probably lead to even better results. I like your compromise!
