Tired of being alone, afraid of not being alone

I've come to the realization that I'm going to be alone for a long time, if not forever and I have to accept it. I want a relationship, I want to be happy, I crave affection, love and human touch... I want to be around people who understand, or at least truly accepts me for who I am. It's not that I'm antisocial, it's just hard to connect, because people talk, but they have nothing to say.

@LickOrRice Since you are a young woman you will probably have to go through at least a dozen guys before you are ready for a long-term relationship such as a marriage. Take precautions and don't get pregnant.
