Are there still people who appreciate elegant women in this era?

I always thought that being an elegant and old-fashioned woman would be boring in today's times. All my friends said it was tacky. Thankfully, my boyfriend appreciates me for being myself.

OG’s like me for sure.

My mom was a very beautiful woman. When she dressed for an occasion, it was always elegantly and stylish. But never revealing or crass.

She set the standard for how I think a woman should dress.

@blackarcher256 Aaw, a dying era/breed. I always thought my mother was the epitome of class ingrained in all her ways .

@Magenta Exactly! I often cringe when I see what some women wear out in public these days. Moms of our time understood classy!

@blackarcher256 Same. And it's much more than simply putting on "elegant" attire.

Same with mine. She looked like Suzanne Pleschette from the Bob Newhart Show
