Should there be an opt in and an opt out, of modern society?

Yes. I shouldn't have to pay taxes if I'm going to live off the land and expect NOTHING in return.

@eventtemple123 pretty much yeah. Well maybe a small amount of food to share to others might be okay but if you are self sufficient I would say yes indeed
