Because they aren’t relevant to the case. Trump never claimed Carroll asked him to sexually assault her. So her history is irrelevant.

Let’s assume you have a bicycle that you lend to lots of people. Does that mean I can use it without your permission? If I steal your bike, does the fact that you’ve lent it to others in the past mean I didn’t steal it?
