Not sure I know what you mean - Because the judge did admit all those tweets as evidence, they were filed as exhibits on the record, and argued in open court by his defense attorneys :
As far as I can tell Trump's biggest problem isn't "the deep state" or a "rigged system", it's juries of ordinary people who hear all his excuses - and just don't buy it.
