It’s somewhat interesting that Trump has a female ( daughter of Iraqi immigrant parents who fled Iraq because of persecution) as his counsel. So xenophobic and misogynistic isn’t he? Interesting how presidents and dresses have or suddenly don’t have bearing. Monica’s dress ; and Ms. Carroll’s dress she alleges she had on; not even designed as the dress makers attested! Is there a NYPD police report, a medical report substantiating Ms. Carroll was sexually assaulted, no less in a major well known NYC store? No one around to hear her scream she was being assaulted? Her interview recently might just show a good deal about her and her character. Even the interviewer had difficulty in dealing with her responses. A NY jury? They’d indict a ham sandwich. For Ms. Carroll’s sake if this falls apart, and it might she’s done…stick a fork in her!
@Handfull1 No one has to necessarily be sexually assaulted to question Ms. Carroll and her claims. Too much about this trial, the way it was handled by the judge and her possible perjury jumps out at me. So are you saying definitely that she WAS assaulted? Is that what you are saying? Too many pieces of this puzzle are left out. Why?

They’re legitimate. So if she was sexually assaulted why was he not arrested and put through the legal Process? If she reported it to the police and may have had medical follow up, there vey well could have been a trail back to him. Explain why that apparently is not the case, please.
@Handfull1 I think she made this up and have you ever ( sexual assault) ever thought It was consentual? If it took place,it might have been. Where are the reports from the police and medical people? Why wasn’t he charged with sexual assault? From her recent Cooper Anderson interview she does not come across as a traumatized victim.

@Handfull1 If the man is guilty that!s an issue. But she does not come across credibly. I’m sorry but to walk into a police station or medical facility and point someone out or identify someone who is alleged to have committed sexual assault does not fly. There needs to be proof. Did she do that?

@soar2newhighs If Biden sexually assaulted Tara Reid, she can sue him for defamation because he called her a liar. The question is whether she can file suit from Russia where she now lives.
@soar2newhighs I had the impression that she was a bit unstable. The attention from her accusation led to an examination of expert testimony she had provided in several trials, where she lied about her credentials. So she may have fled the country to avoid potential prosecution. Also, all of that would have been brought up in court if she sued Biden for defamation.
Sexual assaulters and rapists tend to have multiple victims. No one else has accused Biden of sexual assault, other than people obsessing over him appearing to sniff childrens' hair while their parents watched in obvious delight. Trump, on the other hand, has been accused of sexual assault by over two dozen women. Carroll is the only one who sued and obtained a judgment. The woman who sued him for assault when she was 13 dropped her suit, probably due to intimidation. This isn't implausible as Carroll and her attorney have received death threats from Trump supporters.
