But wait, my research says Trump hasn't even FILED his appeal on his first loss to E Jean Carroll yet! Why not?? That loss was back in May 2023! What is he waiting for??

Well, maybe, it's like this. Maybe those points on that meme are a mixture of false & irrelevant. Maybe Trump doesn't have a strong case for appeal, but as long as he tells the cult one thing and drags out the appeal process, he gets the "presumption of innocence" within the cult, even AFTER losing badly.

Meanwhile, he'll keep fundraising from the cult and keep enriching himself off their gullibility. Sounds like a plan!!
